The king room was well furnished with 2 queen beds. the bed was extremely comfy. - Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator were nice. - Particularly good location in Birmingham, right by hospitals and food. - Numerous excellent restaurants and bistro nearby.

Very spacious room, it was clean but just has some lingering strange odor. Do not like that pets are all in the rooms as I am allergic and was not notified of this up front.

First room we were given had a horrible musty odor. Second room was okay but we saw a lady come up elevator with a cat and it stayed in their room and it meowed constantly. There was no shuttle or help getting a taxi to event we were attending.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and free wifi is always a plus. It's connected to UAB hospital so it's a really great and convenient location if you are visiting someone there. It's also convenient to multiple places to eat.

Parking. If you can't find a spot on the street than you have to park in the deck which I think is $6 per day, but it is conveniently connected to both the hotel and hospital.

My stay was very good on vacation or a business trip. I loved the nicely furnished and good sized room. - the staff were amiable. - the location was central, magnificent in the city center.

It was nice location close to the hospital where my husband had heart catheterization done at in we had came from out of town to Birmingham, in it was good hotel.

The water in the sink was running slow, in the little cooler in the room didn't work, In had to get ice to keep my baby milk cold.
